David Fortier is originally from the Edam area, raised on a beef, bison and grain farm. David draws upon his construction background, his agricultural background, his ownership and management of apartment and commercial rental properties, and a background in statistics and real estate through his University training. David has diplomas in Appraisal and Assessment and Advanced Business Administration (both with Honors) from Lakeland College, a Certificate in Real Property Assessment from the University of British Columbia, and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (with Distinction) from Athabasca University.
