Service Areas: we do NOT complete appraisals in the Cities of Lloydminster, Warman, Martensville, Saskatoon, or Prince Albert.
Kindersley Residential Appraiser is Away on Maternity leave until Fall 2025 as such, we are not completing RESIDENTIAL appraisals in Kindersley, Rosetown, Kerrobert, Eston, Leader Areas.
Banks: Residential appraisals for RBC, TD, BMO, BNS, CIBC – lender NOT homeowner must order appraisal per banks policies.
Commercial Properties: We completed Real Estate Appraisals on land and buildings ONLY – not businesses, equipment, inventory, or going concerns. We do NOT complete appraisals on Hotels, Motels, Fuel Stations, Convenience Stores, Operating Restaurants.

Required Information: The following information is required by our appraisal staff PRIOR to providing a quote and scheduling an appointment. Once the request has been submitted one of our consultants will contact you to provide a quote.
